Refund policy
This Return and Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on the Luxury Market Beaulieu website, operated by Gruppetto Srl, a company registered in Italy and selling its products to customers located notably in France and within the European Union.
In accordance with applicable European and French consumer law, customers have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason and without incurring any costs other than those provided for by law.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision to withdraw by means of a clear statement sent by email to the following address: contact@luxurymarketbeaulieu.com. Upon receipt of this request, instructions regarding the return of the product will be provided to the customer.
Returned products must be sent back within fourteen (14) days following the notification of withdrawal, in their original condition, unused, complete, and accompanied by all accessories, certificates of authenticity, protective elements, original packaging, and tags. Items must be returned in a condition allowing them to be immediately resold. Any product returned incomplete, damaged, used, or showing signs of wear will not be eligible for a refund.
Due to the exclusive nature of the products offered and the limited availability of stock, no exchanges are offered. If a customer wishes to purchase another item, they must place a new order after the returned product has been refunded.
Except in cases where the delivered product is defective or not in conformity with the order, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended to use a tracked and insured shipping service, as the company cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage occurring during the return transport.
After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund will be issued within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days, using the original payment method used for the order. However, the company reserves the right to delay the refund until the product has been effectively recovered or until proof of shipment has been provided by the customer.
