Shipping policy

The products offered on the Luxury Market Beaulieu website are shipped from within the European Union. Gruppetto SRL provides delivery of orders to France as well as to certain other countries within the European Union.

Orders are generally prepared and shipped within one (1) to three (3) business days from the confirmation of payment. Once the order has been shipped, an email containing the tracking information is sent to the customer.

Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and seasonal activity. For deliveries within metropolitan France, the average delivery time is generally between two (2) and five (5) business days. For other European Union countries, delivery times may vary between three (3) and seven (7) business days.

The company cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier, exceptional circumstances, or force majeure.

The customer is required to check the condition of the package upon delivery. In the event of a damaged parcel or missing product, it is recommended that the customer make reservations with the carrier and contact customer service within a maximum of forty-eight (48) hours following receipt.
